Only started running in April of last year. Trying out heart based training from Garmin, but I am finding that no matter how hard I try, I can only start in Z2 on the treadmill on a very low speed, but never when I run outside (it's winter now).
What's your point of view, is heart rate based training worth doing? Or is it not for everyone?
I am training for half marathon in June, so would appreciate any advice.
