I've been running more and more. I've started running 3 to 4 miles 3 times a week. That being said, my lower back, hips, and thighs have gotten stronger. I have started using my calves more while I run. If I want to pick up my pace, instead of moving my hips more, I am pushing off a little harder with my calves. Is this normal? Should I stop it? I've noticed that my calves are burning and exhausted after my last three mile run.
How much should I use my calves
