I use MovesCount to get the data, then Microsoft Excel to keep track of it. I find if I use a more popular site like Strava I get too competitive with the segments/courses times and lose sight of why I actually like to run. Also, I like to annotate the data sometimes if I accidentally leave the watch paused or something as well as keep track of my own efforts on certain favorite routes privately as to not be too competitive.

With my old fantastic Garmin forerunner 205! It is 6 years old, but it's still perfect  ;)

Before I started the C25k plan I was mainly using my watch and Nike+.  When I was in Africa I stuck with just my basic watch :)
